GUTTER SYSTEM
Built to reduce overhead expenses while increasing efficiency, the AGS is focused on bringing automation to the small – medium sized greenhouse, and is engineered to fit any greenhouse size.
OVERVIEW:
One of the primary design requirements for this system was to keep both the germination and harvesting at the front of the greenhouse to increase operational efficiency for small growers
This is facilitated by two conveyor runs, one moving gutters to the back of the house and the other returning them to the front with an integrated transfer conveyor at the far end to shuttle gutters over.
The result: less walking down the length of the greenhouse and less manpower needed

The system run on single phase, 120 volt so powering the controller is as simple as plugging it in to a standard wall outlet
WE BASED CONTROL OPTION
Web based control allows the grower to monitor and index the system from a remote location with a smart phone or computer, and provides system diagnostics when Lubing’s technical support is needed
OPTIONAL TROLLEY
An optional trolley is available for maintenance access, moving items from the front to the back of the house, or can be equipped with a powered sprayer for treating crops
WALK THRU ACCESS
The gutter transfer is split for walk thru access and designed for safety to prevent injury
EASY WATER MANAGEMENT
Water supply is offered down the center aisle between runs for easy water management
AUTOMATIC SPACING AND INDEXING
The AGS uses electric drives to automate the indexing of gutters thru the growing cycle, reducing labor and offering improved ergonomics to the grower. With this indexing multiple growing zones are achieved.
AGS increases the spacing between gutters at defined points in the system during the indexing operation. This is critical for airflow and optimal growing conditions when the baby leaf or head reaches a certain size and requires that extra space. And it’s achieved without disruption to the active flow of nutrient rich water into the gutter.
This approach allows us to keep gutters packed as closely together as possible for the plant’s size in its growing cycle, preserving as much greenhouse space as possible.
The result is maximum gutter density, delivering the highest possible yield for the greenhouse.
